HOW TO FIND MOTIVATION...

A lot of people wonder how to find motivation in their life... It's not easy, especially when cold, sad autumn is coming, days become shorter and we feel depressed and disappointed. However, we can find a lot of factors, which will improve our mood and give us energy.

  1. SPORT
        It is the best thing, not to think about bad mood. Sport can create our presonality, give us energy and teach how to be patient. Never mind if you are in good condition or not. The most important is to find your goal, believe in your possibilities and work hard. If you will start work out regullary, you will see that it will give you satisfaction and motivation to "improve yourself".

   2. SPEND TIME WITH PEOPLE, WHO INSPIRE YOU

      If you want to achieve success in some field of life or just find motivation spend a lot of time with people who are authority for you. Talk to them, listen them and use from their experience. It's very important They can give you motivation, and (what is the best!) tips, what to do and what avoid. It's great feeling to know people, who survived the same way, which you want to go. It's like source of wisedom, kowledge and motivation.

3.  THINK POSSITIVE

  Third thing, which is crucial too... Think possitive about your plans, goals and future. Never mind where are you in your life. Throw out from your memory all your bad defeats!!! Treat it only like chance to improve your life, not like something what made you disappointed. Everything wrong what happened in your life is only to teach you how much important is your aim. On the other hand possitive things, which happened and happening now show you that you can do anything and different limitations are only in your head!

4.  FIND SOMETHING WHAT WILL MAKE YOU RELAXED.

   Everyone has something, what help overcome all difficult moments in our life. For me my boyfriend is source of energy and happiness. But for different people it can work different. It can be music, time with friends, reading some books or just shopping. The most important is to remember about this things or people when we feel "as flat as a pancake"- in mentally way of course :-) and to whatever we want to our motivation come back to us!

REMEMBER: LIFE DOESN'T GIVE YOU WHAT YOU WANT... IT WILL GIVE YOU WHAT YOU                            WILL DESERVE.
